  • A league with member clubs

    Every club gets its own login, website and registration. The league sees everything: numbers by club and division, every schedule, every result.

  • A single club or house league

    One club registers its own players, builds divisions and teams, makes the schedule and publishes results on its own site.

  • A league on its own

    Member clubs keep their own websites and are simply linked. The league imports the rosters, builds the teams, generates the schedule and publishes results and standings on its site.

Everything a season needs, in one place

A website for the league, and one for every club

  • Same data, each site its own look. Eleven ready-made designs picked from a gallery and switchable any time without re-entering content.
  • Club identity throughout: name, tagline, logo, hero photo and club colour.
  • Pages with a word-processor editor, news with pictures, events, sponsors, a picture library and a contact form delivered to the club’s email.
  • Schedule, results and standings fill in on every site by themselves. Nobody retypes them.
  • Preview before publishing, and public only when the club switches it on. Works on phones. The club keeps its own domain with one DNS change.

Three member clubs, three designs, one league’s data

Online registration the registrar doesn’t have to chase

  • The club sets the open and close dates, divisions by birth year, fees, the intro text and the agreement.
  • League-wide acknowledgements every family must accept, versioned, each acceptance timestamped.
  • Parents get one family account: add the children, pick a division, accept, pay. Same account next season, and in the app.
  • Payment the club’s way: e-Transfer, card payments coming soon paid straight into the club’s own account, or both. The platform never holds funds. Sibling discounts, a family cap, refunds, waivers and paid-offline from the same screen.
  • Accept, wait-list or decline with the family emailed. See who paid, place players on a team. The league sees every club’s numbers and exports to Excel.

Teams, schedule, results and standings, all connected

  • Rosters from registrations or an Excel import, with coaches and staff.
  • One schedule per division. Move, postpone or cancel a game and families, coaches and, when SoccerRefManager is connected, referees are told.
  • Clubs edit their own upcoming home games: date, time and field.
  • Schedule generator coming soon: a round robin from the teams and the league’s rules. Home fields, blackout days, game days and times per division, meetings per pair, double-headers so a family makes one trip. Preview, save, undo.
  • Results and standings computed from scores and game sheets, with goal scorers and top scorers. Publish settings per division, and an embed snippet for a club that keeps its own site.

An app for parents and coaches

  • Schedule, results and standings of their teams, with a calendar subscription that keeps itself up to date.
  • Push and email when a game is moved, postponed or cancelled, and when a registration is decided.
  • Coaches get the roster with parent contacts, player availability per game, the game sheet, call-ups and jersey numbers.
  • iPhone and Android. Parents sign in with the same family account they registered with.

Works with SoccerRefManager

The referee side, with nothing entered twice

LeagueClubManager and SoccerRefManager share one database, one login and one mobile app. A league that uses both gets a single flow from the schedule to the referee’s pay.

  • Games become referee assignments

    A game created, generated or moved here is immediately a game in SoccerRefManager: referees are offered, assigned and paid from it. Move a game and the referees are re-offered. Cancel it and the crew is released.

  • Fields set once

    Each club’s home fields serve the schedule generator and the referee tools alike.

  • Game sheet to standings

    The referee completes the electronic game sheet and enters the score. Results, standings and top scorers update on every website and in the app by themselves.

  • One app, two sides

    Referees, parents and coaches use the same app, each in their own mode, with the same push notifications.

  • One admin area

    League screens sit in the same dashboard as assigning and payroll. Club administrators see their own club. The league sees all.

  • Or entirely on its own

    A club or league that doesn’t use SoccerRefManager gets everything above without the referee screens, and can switch them on later without migrating anything.
